At first, I thought this CSI project was time consuming and boring. After some time, I thought it was rather fun and informative. I like it when we had to go to the library to look for evidences of the crime. I was told to take down notes and search for clues. I helped my friends to analyze both the hair strands and blood samples. I felt like a real detective and I was excited as I really wanted to solve this case.

During the June holidays, my group members and I met to discuss about this project. We also discussed via msn. I helped my group by putting up a comment link on this blog so that my friends can share their thoughts. I also read and checked the interrogation script for mistakes before producing the podcast.

Without my group members, I think this project would not be successful like other groups. I felt that my group has put in a lot of effort and the members have sacrifice their time willingly to discuss about this project. If we were given a chance to participate in this kind of activity, I would like to take part in it again.

Hello.I think the blog was pretty cool.JJ,Joel and Nadiah did a pretty good job with the podcast investigation.JJ was rather good at talking, and Joel and Nadiah did well too.Qurniany and I helped JJ with the scripts , and it was a whole lot fun.

The analysis part was the most fun part.I did the blood analysis, and I was enjoying every minute of it,because it make me feel like a real detective.

That's about it then.See ya .

Reflections - Fidelino / Jj

The overall CSI project sounded boring to me at first because of the extra work we would be doing over the holidays. Taking on roles as a detective boosted my interest in the project and started spear heading my group. It worked pretty well too, they were cooperative in the science lab, they were approachable during the holidays. We constantly reminded each other to post comment and build up ideas like Joel helping me to edit the recount,Qurniany and Cheryana helped me in making the scripts and Nadiah helped out in the comments stuff(like enabling it and the html linking). Of course, I did not ignore my part too. Everytime they did not have the time to post the comments, I helped out in posting them.

We also did alot of discussing over the holidays, ranging from personal communication to MSN.

Overall, I would like to say that my group has done their roles and jobs well.

Cheers!

I think the blog is quite interesting and the podcast was done with much effort. I helped Jj on the summary story and I think I did a great job. It was done with efforts.

The lab analyst thing was fun. I had to take the hair samples. I did it with full of concentration. At first, I was a little blur. As minutes passed by, I got clearer of what to do and did what I understood. I found those hairs(part of the evidence)on the bed and some under the mattress. At first, I have to take every piece of hair. In first expression, it looks like armpit hair! eww! But luckily, I have a thing to keep it in a plastic, which I use to keep an evidence. It's like something which people use to pluck their armpit hair or whatever hair they want to. I was like ''Pheww'' . From the lab analyst, I learned that only one piece of evidence is allowed in the piece of plastic.

Then, after all the ''experiments'' made, we finally produced out a piece summary, and who did all the killing and stuffs. I learned to work together with the group, cooperatively. Without Jj, a great leader in the group, I think the group would not have gone this far. Thanks friend.

Here is the official recount of the case

Greetings,
After the analysis of all evidence and the intensive investigation we have done,we have come up with a recount of what might have happened the day that Ms.Lois McArthur Lee was murdered.

Ms.Lois McArthur Lee was an aspiring actress and had just gotten the role in production, beating her competitor and bestfriend Ms Maria R. Ang.Her brother,Mr Luise R. Ang was also her occasional boyfriend(Ms.McArthur Lee). She was also linked to Mr.Ted P. Tan(Ms.McArthur Lee).

After a grueling and intense investigation, we have come up with suspect information and evidence that would prove the main suspect guilty.
Ms.Lois McArthur Lee was gorgeous,no doubt any man would easily fall in love with an actress like her.Alot were let down when she was linked officially linked together with Mr.Ted P.Tan,even her best friend,Ms. Maria R Ang,'s brother Mr Luise R Ang. He was her occasional boyfriend.

Finally,he could not take the jealousy and lust.He decided to take a little walk. His destination? A dead end street off Folsom Street.

Lust-driven anger drove him insane, the first question in my mind appeared though, was he insane enough to kill?

At about 4 am, he reached his destination.Armed with a 22 caliber Colt Revolver,he decided to play dirty.I can tell she fought before she died from the scratch marks on the window, but sadly in vain.

My team of investigators actually spotted a note which Ms.McArthurLee supposedly wrote, which we believed was forged.

At first I had doubts, accusing Ms.Maria R Ang first. My last check up on the case proved me wrong, there was someone else framing Ms.Ang for the murder.

I analyzed the situation and remembered the note. There was only on thing to do.

After some testing and comparison,we found out that the forged note matched Mr.Ang's handwriting, thus proving my team's hypothesis.

Somehow, the forged note made me laugh. It made an impact on how stupid people can be when they are delirious, faking a dead woman's handwriting was somehow grim though.

The reason why we did not include Mr.Ted P. Tan in this recount is that there were no solid evidence to prove him guilty.

I have come to the end of the re-count,I shall send you a script with notes on what happens on the day of the interrogation.
I promise you though,Ms.Lois McArthur Lee's murder will be brought to justice.

Have a good day,
Mr.Fidelino Datugan
(Leader of the Group 3 investigation team)

Update

Tuesday, July 1, 2008

We have not gotten the green light for the arrest warrant against our suspect Mr.Luise R Ang but, he is on 24 hour surveillance. Punks like him make me sick,I do not even think that he should still be given this "House Arrest" permit, I mean he is not even a celebrity!
Oh well we have to continue the search and investigations,we will update you again soon
